We are committed to providing the best possible service, and if you aren't 100% satisfied with our service we will refund your money no questions asked. Excellent service is simply a few things that can be very difficult to find:
We provide the full service you are paying for.
This commitment means we don't cut corners when you aren't watching or on things you may not be able to verify, such as whether or not we really test the water each week. Each time we visit your pool our service technician will leave you a door hanger with detailed description of what services were preformed, what chemicals were added, what your pool chemical readings are, and any other information you should know.
We will treat your pool like it was our pool.
This means taking a little extra time to do things that aren't specifically required of us, but which will keep your equipment running better and lasting longer.
We show up when we say we will.
We look at each service visit as an appointment with our customer, even if you aren't at home when we come. If weather does not permit us to service your pool on your scheduled day we call and reschedule as early as possible.
Types of service plans we offer:
Once Weekly Mini Service
Once Weekly Mini Service includes the following:
· Test your water for proper chemical levels
· Add chemicals as needed to balance your water at no extra cost to you. This includes Chlorine, Salt, Soda Ash, Sodium Bicarbonate, Muriatic Acid as needed.
· Empty your skimmer baskets, pump trap, and sweep bag.
· Check your timer settings and make sure that your equipment is functioning properly.
· Detailed door hanger report explaining your pools chemical levels, what chemicals we added and what services were preformed.
Once Weekly Full Service
Once Weekly Full Service includes the following:
· Everything in our Mini Service plan and
· Full skimming of the pool surface.
· Brushing of the pool tile and walls. (as needed)
· Complete vacuuming of the pool floor. (as needed)
Total Custom Plan
With our Total Custom Plan you can choose the services that meet your pools specific needs. You decide what services are preformed and how frequently you want us to visit. Just give us a call and we would be happy to customize a plan to fit your needs.
